180 Days of Boasting about God – Day 30

If I have nothing else to brag about, I know I can boast of his love.

One day I was feeling condemned spiritually because I was trying to resist the devil but I kept failing. Nevertheless, understanding that God is forgiving, I took up my bible and found Zechariah 3:1‭-‬5‭, ‬7.

It says:

Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord , and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him. And the Lord said to Satan, “The Lord rebuke you, O Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is not this a brand plucked from the fire?” Now Joshua was standing before the angel, clothed with filthy garments. And the angel said to those who were standing before him, “Remove the filthy garments from him.”

And to him he said, “Behold, I have taken your iniquity away from you, and I will clothe you with pure vestments.” And I said, “Let them put a clean turban on his head.” So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the Lord was standing by. “Thus says the Lord of hosts: If you will walk in my ways and keep my charge, then you shall rule my house and have charge of my courts, and I will give you the right of access among those who are standing here.

I felt this with me all. I felt condemned because I knew that Satan’s accusations were true. But God blew my mind because he didn’t care, he simply took away my sins and cleansed me. He replaced by filthy and dirty rags for pure garments 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Then he instructs me to walk in his ways and keep his charge 🙌🙌🙌🙌. Oh my soul was renewed. Thank you, daddy, for your love, mercy, and compassion.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk according to the spirit and not the flesh Roman 8:1. No condemnation. What a God!
